The purpose of the J.J. Pearce Neighborhood Association is to be an organization of citizens that enhances safety, beauty and quality of life in the J.J. Pearce Addition as well as the Richardson area and to solve problems specific to the area where we live, work, and raise our children. The Association strives to bring together neighbors to promote community involvement, safety, social activities and Neighborhood pride.
