                       The J.J. Pearce Neighborhood is in Richardson, Texas. Richardson is a
                       friendly, suburban community that is part of the Dallas-Fort Worth
                       Metroplex. We are in the heart of the "Silicon Prairie" and pride ourselves
                       on good people, good schools, and good jobs.

                       Richardson is approximately 20 miles north of downtown Dallas and is an
                       area that is currently enjoying phenomenal growth in employment due to
                       the Telecom Corridor developments as well as other major corporate
                       moves to the area.

                       If you are thinking about moving to the area, we would love for you to
                       become our newest neighbors!
